I must give a shout out to my fellow Michigan State Spartan, Jillian Granz. Granz won a contest to design a sustainable gown to be worn by Suzy Amis Cameron, James Cameron's wife, on the Academy Awards Red Carpet this Sunday. The goal of the contest was to make money for Suzy Amis founded, creative elementary school, Muse.

Granz designed the dress as part of a project for a sustainable design class. Jillian talks about the sustainable design here.
