I absolutely adore converted homes, be it from factories, churches, barns or this lovely little school house (purchased for just $30,000!) in the Catskills. From the exterior to the interior,this place oozes charm. With the Fall foliage at it's peak, I would love to be hiding out in this little cottage enjoying Columbus Day.
